Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty Chairperson and Non-executive Director	Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty is a Non-Executive Director of the Narayana Health Insurance Limited (“NHIL”/ the “Company”) since incorporation, and he has been elected as the “Chairperson of the Board” of the Company effective 10th November 2023. After completing his MBBS from University of Mysore in 1978 and Master’s Degree in 1982, he was granted a fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2009. He established Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited in the year 2000. Dr. Shetty is also a recipient of honorary Doctorates from University of Minnesota in 2011, from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2014, from IIT Madras also in 2014 and from IIT Kanpur in 2023. Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty is the Chairperson and also a Whole-time Director of Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited (‘Holding Company’) and he pursued MBBS from University of Mysore in 1978. he is a cardiac surgeon with over 40+ years of experience. Dr. Shetty initiated the concept of “Micro Health Insurance Scheme” in Karnataka, which eventually led to the Karnataka Government implementing the Yeshasvini Scheme, a Micro Health Insurance Scheme for Rural Farmers. Dr. Shetty is the current Chairman of Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru. He was a member of Supreme Court nominated committee to recommend preparedness and management of COVID and similar pandemic situations. He is a member of High- Level expert Group on Healthcare constituted by the Fifteenth Finance Commission. He is nominated by the Comptroller and Auditor General to the 11th Audit Advisory Committee. Dr. Shetty is the Chairman of Healthcare Sector Skills Council. He is one of the members of Health Insurance Consultative Committee constituted by IRDAI. He also serves as a member of Rajasthan Chief Minister’s Economic Transformation Advisory Committee.
Mr. Viren Prasad Shetty Non-executive Director	Mr. Viren Shetty pursued Post-Graduate in Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business. With a diverse background of operations, supply chain management, business development and strategy, he has been instrumental in designing and building some of the key hospitals for Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited, including the Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center as well as the Multispecialty hospitals in Jaipur and Ahmedabad.
Ms. Anamika Roy Rashtrawar Independent Director	Ms. Anamika Roy Rashtrawar pursued MA (English) and is CPCU and a Fellow from Insurance Institute of India. She has worked in both public as well as private insurance companies in India. She started as a direct recruitment officer in a nationalized insurance company and finally held the position of Managing Director & CEO, Board Member of IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Company Limited. From January 2022 till date, she is an independent consultant. During the year under review, she was serving as an Independent Director in the Board of M/s. Valueattics Reinsurance Limited.
Ms. Tajinder Mukherjee Independent Director	Ms. Tajinder Mukherjee pursued B. com (Hons) and is Fellow from Insurance Institute of India General Insurance. She has 40+ Years of experience in General Insurance Industry. She has extensive domain expertise in Reinsurance and Health Insurance. She actively contributed to key initiatives in General Insurance Industry like PPN Network, Indian Nuclear Pool and Reinsurance Regulations. She does not hold directorships in any other Company.
Ms. Anita Sudhir Pai Independent Director	Ms. Anita Pai has a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Mumbai University and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Her career spanning 33+ years has been entirely in the BFSI industry with well known companies such as HDFC Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Limited, ICICI Bank Limited and Yes Bank Limited. In ICICI Bank she handled global operations with a team size of over 7500 staff. As Chief Operating Officer in Yes Bank, she handled Technology, Digital Banking and Operations. During the year under review, she was serving as an Independent Director in the Board of M/s. Fino Payments Bank Limited and M/s. 360 One Asset Management Company Limited.
