*Monetary benefit equal to the Premium shall be paid in case of Hospitalization that requires Surgery or Surgical Procedures, only if the insured person has utilized the Health Check-Up benefit. The Premium applicable for cash back will be the premium paid (excl. Value Added Services and Health Check-up) for the respective insured person for that policy year. The benefit shall be triggered only once during the policy year and thrice during the lifetime for the concerned insured person. For more details, kindly refer to the Policy Wordings.

Zero Waiting Period benefit applies only if you complete the health check-up or medical examination before the policy is issued. If you skip the check-up, waiting periods (30-day, pre-existing disease, specific disease/procedure waiting periods) will apply when the policy is issued. These waiting periods may be reduced, waived, or remain unchanged based on the risk assessment from your health check-up/examination reports if you choose to do it within 90 days of policy issuance. Please refer to Policy Schedule for details about waiting periods at the member level in this case.
